The brief
Despite its ideal location and culinary credibility, Rucola lacked digital presence. Footfall from passersby was low, and its broader reputation as a must-visit dining destination hadn’t yet taken off. The restaurant needed a campaign that could build brand awareness through scroll-stopping premium content, while driving bookings with tactical, targeted output. There was also the challenge of balance. Rucola wanted a glossy, elevated aesthetic that aligned with The Conduit’s positioning, but also needed to feel warm, authentic, and people-led to appeal on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Social media had to work hard: as a shopfront, a storytelling platform, and a growth channel.
