Strategy + Insight.

Our strategy focused on physical distribution, ensuring our product got directly into customers' hands. We developed a clear and concise merchandise sampling plan aimed at covering as many distribution touchpoints as possible. This included deploying street teams, branded sampling bikes, and curated sampling routes centered around transport links into Wimbledon to maximize reach and impact.

Locations + Execution.

Our merchandise strategy aimed to maximise coverage by targeting all key locations and entry points to Wimbledon. This included stations, parks, core queue points, and dwell areas leading into the venues.

We curated and managed a team of passionate, high-impact Brand Ambassadors who embodied the tone and feel of the brand. They were responsible for achieving sampling targets and showcasing a diverse range of merchandise.
